WOOFSTOCK will returning to the midcoast region this year, courtesy of The Animal House and the Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club, with a few changes in store! WOOFSTOCK '09 will be on Saturday, September 12th from 9:30am-3pm and will this year be held at the Round Top Farm at The Damariscotta River Association on Main Street. WOOFSTOCK's event schedule includes a seminar in acupuncture, and demonstrations in canine freestyle, flyball and agility, a Parade of Breeds and the famous Family Fin Dog Show. WOOFSTOCK is a non-profit event, with proceeds going to the shelters and rescues in attendance and Rotary charities. Pet-related area businesses are welcome to reserve a table.
